- Market Analysis and Insights
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Primary Care market.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive category growth.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Marketing.
- Engage with external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, payers, and government agencies, to drive access and category performance.
- Operational Excellence
- Ensure seamless execution of category plans, campaigns, and tactics to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure category performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Leadership Experience
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.

- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, including market trends, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies.
