About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director, Consumer Experience to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. This is a critical role that will drive the development of our digital products and experiences, ensuring they meet the needs of our consumers and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of our digital products and experiences, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive consumer engagement and loyalty, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with global and segment marketing teams to produce brand websites, D2C platforms, and other digital experiences.
  • Operate in the product model, using Agile methodology and DevSecOps scope to deliver high-quality products and experiences.
  • Develop and maintain a metric and KPI-based performance framework to measure the success of our digital products and experiences.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide reporting to key stakeholders, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Partner with internal teams and third-party vendors to continually improve the user experience, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and anticipate and mitigate key pain points.
  • Manage cross-functional projects for roadmaps, including mobilizing members of the product team and connecting with stakeholders and partners outside of the core product team.
  • Embody a growth mindset, from experimentation to data analysis, and lead a team to achieve desired results and outcomes.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in information technology, leading large, remote, global teams across time zones.
  • 8+ years of experience and deep understanding of digital marketing technologies, specifically with web site production and operations.
  • Experience with integration of related systems, including customer data cloud, product information management, digital asset management, and similar systems.
  • 5+ years of experience as a contributing member of product teams using Agile methodology, DevSecOps scope, and approach.
  • CPG industry experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to think strategically, analytically, and use data to support decisions and tell stories.
  • Technical leadership experience with solution architecture, software development, engineering management, application delivery, and strong sense of urgency in delivering results.
  • Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory.
