The Role

The Manager IT Asset Management will oversee the lifecycle management of IT assets, directly managing others and providing guidance as needed. This role involves designing asset management strategies, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and implementing programs to optimize asset utilization and minimize costs.

The ideal candidate will manage IT asset inventories, track asset lifecycles, collaborate with financial departments for audits, provide data analysis and reports, and assist in compliance with asset management standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage IT asset inventories and ensure data accuracy
  • Track asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal
  • Collaborate with financial departments for asset audits
  • Provide data analysis and reports for asset performance
  • Assist in compliance with asset management standards

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have knowledge of ITIL-based processes, experience dealing with multiple business units and diverse employee populations, and experience monitoring and reporting for performance and financial metrics/KPIs.
