The Opportunity

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing high-quality administrative support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide complex calendar management and travel arrangements for executives
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and assist with special research assignments
  • Process business-related expenses and anticipate executive needs
  • Liaise with other offices/locations on projects and tasks
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-Level executives
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook Office) and Google Suite/Workplace
  • Experience working with Concur and presentation design is a plus
