Key ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a highly skilled Shipping Assistant to join our team. The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure timely delivery of international orders, processed according to Service Level Agreements with carriers. This involves effective communication with our 3PLs and constant follow-up to guarantee on-time processing.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage Operational & NPS KPIs (On Time Delivery follow up, Delivered Rate, Address Backlog)
- Track shipments status and follow up with 3PL for any issues
- Follow up on shipping detractors and provide insights for categorization
- Ensure successful delivery breakdown and follow up on undelivered orders
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in shipping and logistics
- Familiarity with supply chain processes
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis
- Good understanding of NPS and Customer Experience principles
- Strong grasp of English language, including spoken and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
