Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement merchandising best practices to ensure delivery of specific trading activities.
  • Drive range and assortment planning strategy for the Retail & Franchise Channel to ensure brand strategies and commercial success.
  • Align category-based Open-To-Buy (OTB) plans to reduce inventories and maintain healthy stock turn.
  • Drive constant improvements in Allocation and Replenishment (A&R) techniques to ensure correct execution of the buying strategy and increase conversion rate.
  • Develop key merchandising reports to evaluate business goals and ensure roll-out within departments to maximize business opportunities.
  • Lead end-to-end in-season management, including best sellers and worst sellers, in-season stock cover management, in-season reactivity, and sales to space management.
  • Drive strategy and execution of end-of-season management to increase Standard Margin, Stock Turn, and Channel Profitability.
  • Drive store categorization project for Retail and Franchise in LAM to create synergies between channels and improve consumer experience.
