About the Job
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of customers through the global employment process, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing support.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor on global employment matters.
- Stay up-to-date on global country regulations and provide expert guidance to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and contribute to product development.
- Provide feedback on the RemoFirst platform to inform future product roadmap decisions.
- Keep clients informed about new platform features and enhancements.
- Proactively manage any account or service issues, providing effective solutions.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Support/Customer Success roles, preferably in a SaaS platform business.
- Experience working in global HR, Payroll, or Global Mobility.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.
