Job Title: International Vendor Management Specialist

Description:

The International Vendor Management Specialist will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor accounts, and ensuring accurate and timely payments. This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and fluency in English to communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as quality control for the vendor invoice data processing through our proprietary software platform.

• Communicate via phone and email with third parties using professional and concise language to gather credits and additional data points based on inaccurate billing data.

• In partnership with our operations and development teams, act as a knowledgeable resource for Discovery users and assist with any intermittent issues.

• Ensure data meets quality standards.

• Download invoices from websites for review.

• Occasional review of contracts to ensure customer has been billed based on allowable charges.

• Provide valuable feedback to our software development team to improve our software and capabilities.
