About the Role:
As an Insurance Sales Representative at Sagan, you will play a key role in driving sales and meeting performance metrics by making outbound calls to prospective customers. Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to union members from a provided lead list, introducing and selling life insurance.
- Build rapport with prospective customers, understand their insurance needs, and offer tailored life insurance solutions.
- Effectively communicate the value of life insurance offerings, ensuring a thorough understanding of the benefits available through union affiliations.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in outbound sales or call center environments is preferred.
- Clear spoken English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, accent clarity being critical to succeed in this role.
- Able to quickly establish rapport with customers, handle objections, and close sales.
- Familiarity with dialer software (e.g., 59Dialer) or other similar outbound sales tools.
