Insurance Sales Representative

About the Role:

As an Insurance Sales Representative at Sagan, you will play a key role in driving sales and meeting performance metrics by making outbound calls to prospective customers. Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to union members from a provided lead list, introducing and selling life insurance.
• Build rapport with prospective customers, understand their insurance needs, and offer tailored life insurance solutions.
• Effectively communicate the value of life insurance offerings, ensuring a thorough understanding of the benefits available through union affiliations.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in outbound sales or call center environments is preferred.
• Clear spoken English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, accent clarity being critical to succeed in this role.
• Able to quickly establish rapport with customers, handle objections, and close sales.
• Familiarity with dialer software (e.g., 59Dialer) or other similar outbound sales tools.
