About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Intern to join our team at Sovos. As a Quality Assurance Intern, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute test cases and understand their purpose and outcomes.
  • Create and maintain basic test cases.
  • Observe leaders in day-to-day activities and apply learnings.
  • Understand Sovos' organizational structure and roles and responsibilities.
  • Align with Sovos' Global QA practices and understand the high-level workflow of products.
  • Ensure relevant sprint information is communicated to the scrum team.
  • Respect team members and their individual perspectives and earn trust of team members.
  • Understand development lifecycle, including branching and merging techniques.
  • Testing concepts, including Black Box Testing, Unit Tests, Integration Tests, Automated Tests, and Regression Tests.
  • Processes and responsibilities for delivering code to Production.
  • Create test scenarios and execute test suites.

Requirements:

  • Currently attending a college or university majoring in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Advanced student from FACET, UNSTA, UTN Tucuman.
  • Personal drive to make things happen.
  • Ability to bring creativity and innovation to work.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate well with diverse groups of people and passion to help others.
  • Advanced English.
