This role requires a unique blend of:
- Strong healthcare experience, including knowledge of FHIR, HL7, HIPAA compliance, and healthcare system interoperability.
- Robust technical expertise, with hands-on knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS), backend development, API integrations, and database management.
- Proven experience in both project and product management, ensuring timely and high-quality execution of software development initiatives.
- Leadership in DevOps and software development, with a track record of managing and scaling engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Technology Leadership & Engineering Oversight - Lead, mentor, and scale the engineering team, ensuring alignment with the company's growth strategy.

- Strategic Innovation & Growth - Act as a key advisor to the CEO and VP of Operations, shaping the long-term technology vision for Dr Ahorro.
