Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the accounting cycle, focusing on balance sheet accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the entire accounting cycle for balance sheet accounts, including preparation of monthly journal entries and reconciliation of accounts.
- Coordinate and collaborate closely with external auditors to ensure timely submission of annual financial statements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the country with the corporate general accounting group.
- Work closely with the external tax firm for tax filing and compliance, ensuring adherence to legal and tax requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration, with preference for candidates holding a professional accounting designation.
- Proven experience in accounting positions, with an emphasis on balance sheet preparation and tax management.
- Solid knowledge of SAP and tax regulations.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
