As a Senior Legal Content Developer at Baker & McKenzie Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH, you will play a key role in managing and executing legal content development projects and knowledge initiatives within the firm's context.
Main Responsibilities:- Knowledge Creation: Collaborate with relevant lawyers or knowledge lawyers to create high-quality legal content, including precedents, current awareness updates, and commercial/industry know-how.
- Training and Support: Respond to ad hoc inquiries from knowledge lawyers and lawyers with on-point answers, develop a reputation as a go-to expert, identify training needs of lawyers and knowledge lawyers, leverage firm resources to produce training materials and courses efficiently, and provide legal input into client-facing initiatives and other business development resources.
- Project Delivery: Lead content development knowledge projects and initiatives aligned with knowledge services and strategy, maintain legal expertise in primary areas of practice, and support other practice areas as required.
Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with lead knowledge lawyers, associate director for content development, knowledge service owner for content development, content development paralegals, and analysts to ensure consistent delivery and standard of excellent knowledge services. Proactively seek ways to improve service and efficiency, contribute to best practices, actively participate in knowledge projects, and identify opportunities for innovation.
