The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile User Acquisition Manager to join our Growth Team.

In this role, you will take full ownership of user acquisition campaigns across various platforms, ensuring we attract high-quality users at the lowest possible cost.

  • You will manage campaigns across our expanding portfolio of mobile apps, working in close partnership with marketing, product, and data teams to develop strategies that fuel long-term growth.
  • You'll be at the forefront of our app scaling efforts, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, test new ideas, and ensure we are consistently maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and keeping Cost Per Install (CPI) as efficient as possible.
Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize mobile user acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Apple Store.
  • Analyze and optimize campaigns using tools like SQL, MetaBase, and Excel.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with the Growth Team, including product managers, designers, and data scientists.
  • Experiment and test creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to drive improved performance across user acquisition channels.
  • App Store Optimization (ASO): Implement and track strategies to improve app visibility, rankings, and conversion rates in the app stores.
