Account Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our LATAM team. You will be responsible for driving growth, closing deals, and owning the sales cycle - building relationships, winning key accounts, and collaborating with our founders and product team to shape the future of retail media.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or MBA, 3+ years of experience in sales, and a proven track record of exceeding quota in a customer-facing role. They will also possess strong communication skills, ability to learn on the job, and a desire to self-educate to become an expert in auctions, retail media, and marketplace monetization.
You will work closely with our founders to perfect and improve the product, and be a subject matter expert on Topsort's products and retail media market landscape. The role will be based in Santiago, Buenos Aires, or Mexico City.
