**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES**

Responsable de completar los procesos y procedimientos definidos hasta la fecha límite, asegurando la precisión, integridad y cumplimiento de estándares internos y externos relevantes. Identifica anomalías a medida que surgen y usan su juicio basado en reglas y procedimientos para resolver. Para problemas complejos, puede escalar a los miembros principales del equipo.

Realiza procedimientos y procesos definidos con precisión e integridad. Asegura el tiempo, compromisos y cumplimiento de los plazos.

Busca el apoyo de los miembros principales del equipo según sea necesario. Proporciona comentarios sobre procesos y procedimientos de forma proactiva, haciendo recomendaciones para la mejora continua a miembros del equipo senior.

Utiliza métodos de comunicación apropiados para comprender y compartir información con los clientes, miembros del equipo y otros departamentos.
Entrega soporte a los miembros del equipo y otros departamentos durante el proceso de cambio incluyendo la participación en el desarrollo de procedimientos, guías de trabajo y materiales de entrenamiento. Puede entregar la capacitación requerida de acuerdo con estándares definidos

Valida o completa informes precisos y oportunos. Admite / investiga datos relevantes y recopila para análisis e interpretación. Prepara informes según sea
necesario y puede incluir recomendaciones para áreas de mejora. Ingresa datos a los sistemas de la compañía. Garantiza la precisión de los datos propios y de los demás completa las verificaciones del sistema para garantizar la integridad de los datos.

Asegura el cumplimiento continuo con los procesos y procedimientos definidos por la compañía, la legislación relevante, regulaciones externas y acuerdos
predefinidos. Asegura que las aprobaciones requeridas se obtengan a través de procesos. Notifica a la administración sobre cualquier problema de
incumplimiento a medida que surgen.

Trabaja en estrecha colaboración con el equipo y otros departamentos para garantizar la precisión de la información y la finalización de procesos antes de la
fecha límite. También incluye mantener contacto con clientes, proveedores o empleados, para investigar o resolver problemas según sea necesario. Alinea y
gana el compromiso con las acciones de los diferentes interesados.

Estas responsabilidades son las principales o las que se realizan con mayor frecuencia. Cualquier otra tarea podrá ser solicitada para su cumplimiento.

**CONOCIMIENTOS, EXPERIENCIA, HABILIDADES REQUERIDAS PARA EL CARGO**:
Formación: Tecnicatura/ Nível terciario o estudiante de carreras de Administracion, Comercializacion o Contable. Experiência de 1 a 3 años. Nível de Inglés intermedio y Nível de Portugues intermedio preferentemente
