**YOUNG TRAIL STAFF**:En este programa podrás ser parte de equipos diversos y multidisciplinarios.
En los equipos de las áreas staff llevamos adelante proyectos innovadores y desafiantes, que agregan valor a nuestras operaciones. Las principales áreas de trabajo son: Asuntos Externos, Auditoría, Abastecimiento & Logística, Comercial, Legales, Nuevos Negocios, Planeamiento, Recursos Humanos, Relacionamiento con las comunidades, Responsabilidad social corporativa, Tecnología & Procesos.
Te proponemos un programa de un año de duración que incluye 2 momentos:
**Ciclo de formación introductoria al Upstream**
Formación académica en una reconocida universidad de Buenos Aires, Argentina (modalidad presencial).
**On the job training**
Rotaciones por áreas y proyectos que permitan comprender el aporte y la visión de las distintas funciones.
**Carreras sugeridas: Ingeniería Industrial, en Informática, en Sistemas; Licenciados en Administración de Empresas, en Data Science, en Economía, en Finanzas, Contador público y afines.**
**Desarrollo profesional combinando la experiência con la formación.**
**Rotaciones y experiência de campo.**
**Proyectos desafiantes en un entorno de trabajo colaborativo.**
**Acompañamiento constante de un equipo de profesionales de la compañía.**
