**Who are we looking for?***:
**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of M.S. degree in Chemical Engineering.
- At least 12 years of experience in Petrochemical, Oil and Gas, or Energy industries.
- Analytical skills
- Problem solving and decision making ability
- Project management & leadership skills
- Communications and influential skills.

**Duties and responsibilities****:

- Create and execute improvement projects to enhance the performance of existing Aromatics plants in terms of energy efficiency, specific feed consumption and improve the sustainability & Environmental footprints. Leading our client growth project with respect to Aromatics portfolio.
- Contribute to Aromatics technology roadmap development as per our client strategy including improvement and growth opportunities for the existing assets by providing techno-economic feasibility study to Business Unit and affiliates. Innovation contribution with larger team to create and deliver new ideas for Aromatics project portfolio as per Business strategy and guideline.
- Addresses safety-related technology aspects and assesses underlying risks at advanced level of complexity to mitigate operational and safety risks.
- Train and Mentor young project leaders, effectively utilize global engineering resources and assets in strategic breakthrough technology development projects
- Ability to independently define, read, review and set up JDA, NDA, Patents, etc. Ability to independently distinguish which information can be shared based on confidentiality agreements in order to assure protection of intellectual property.

**2. **Interviews stage**
