Description
Kenvue is currently recruiting for a HCP/Marketing Professional Lead Latam South, located in Buenos Aires, Argentina or Santiago, Chile.
This position will act as the Leader of the strategy, operation, and execution of consumer health brands for HCPs in LAS (CL & AR).

**What will you do**
- Professional annual plan development. Responsible for brand endorsement/recommendation evolution
- Map and understand competitive scenario, opportunities, and strategy behind capability
- Responsible for the strategy and leadership of scientific, technical, and promotional activities with HCPs, behind digital ecosystem and T&L behind offline
- Lead Digital evolution/innovation with HCPs in LAS: mapping of new technologies and models for HCPs engagement
- Engagement and relationship with medical societies and KOLs, as well as proximity to academic and scientific community
- Connection, strategy and interface with Marketing team, Medical Affairs, CCX and all brand support structure for connection and adjustment with the targeting for HCPs
- Budget preparing & control with monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing and Financial department
- Define and implement processes and rituals for Capability development to secure basics
Qualifications
- BA/BS required; MA/MBA preferred
- Preferred Area of Study: Marketing, Business Administration or pharmacy
- +5 years of HCP related experience
- Advanced English
- Preferred Related Industry Experience: Pharmaceutical industry or Consumer Health Sector
- Advanced experience - Business Professional Model
- Marketing Knowledge & experience
- Experience working with health care professionals
- Experience working with POS (pharmacies and drugstores)
- Strategical thinking
- Analytical skills with the ability to identify key points of professional market
- Digital management Know-how
- Strong communication Skills
- Leadership and influence skills
