SEO & Content Marketing Manager - Buenos Aires

Hours: 8am - 5pm local time, Monday-Friday
Status: Full Time, Contract
**Salary**: $1,500 to $2,500 USD/Month DOE

**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct keyword research and build out metadata optimization strategy
- Perform technical SEO audits and fixes to improve site authority
- Conduct competitive analysis on high-ranking sites in the industry
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success Teams on content & enablement needs
- Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, partnerships and content amplification
- Create editorial calendar and produce engaging content across website, blogs and social
- Write and promote gated assets like ebooks, calculators, quizzes for lead gen
- Analyze organic KPIs and funnel performance to optimize activities
- Stay up-to-date on latest SEO and content marketing best practices
- Create and maintain centralized content library of visual assets like infographics, charts, and graphics for social media
- Produce explainer and how-to videos for YouTube and website
- Write press releases and contribute quotes/articles to industry publications
- Conduct regular website content audits and updates
- Identify opportunities for new landing pages, site functionality
- Develop internal content guidelines and strategy documents
- Monitor industry trends and innovations related to owned media
- Represent content initiatives and results at internal marketing meetings
- Compile and present reports on traffic, engagement, and conversions
**Collaboration with Paid Media Manager**:
- Align messaging in ads with target keywords and content
- Build landing pages and optimize forms for paid ad campaigns
- Share high-performing ad creative assets for organic social promotion
- Coordinate timing of paid campaigns with content launch calendar
- Collaborate on lead gen campaigns spanning paid, organic channels
**Goals/KPIs**:
- Increase organic website traffic by 15%+ quarter over quarter
- Achieve keyword ranking improvement for 10+ target terms
- Generate 5 new blog posts per month with over 100 visits each
- Create 1 new gated assets per month to generate leads
