**The opportunity**:
99ads is looking for a **Junior** **Art Director **to support our Creative Project Manager. You'll create high-quality, high-converting ads by directing the creative team.

**Important things**:

- **Develop Concepts**:Conceptualize and strategically develop creative ideas and visual styles, ensuring they align with strategy, creative briefs and brand identities.
- **Collaborate with cross-functional teams**: Maintain regular communication and provide informative progress reports to your team to ensure projects are delivered on time and of the highest quality.
- **Maintain the agency's brand and creative standards**: Provide creative direction and feedback to the team by setting and maintaining high creative standards.
- **Task management**: Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Organization**: Effectively organize and maintain all creative and digital assets.
- **Research**:Stay up-to-date on industry trends, consumer behavior, needs and wants, emerging technologies, and best practices.

**Does this sound like you?**

Fluent English (C1 and above - written and verbal).

At least 2 years of experience working as an assistant Art Director/Creative Director/Advertising design assistant/Graphic designer/Advertising design planner or similar role.

Strong understanding of and experience with social media platforms(Meta, TikTok), their ad formats and design requirements.

At least 1 year of experience with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.

Strong digital organization skills.

Previous team leadership experience (preferably a creative team).

Exceptional attention to detail.

Strong decision-making skills.

❗️Driven, self motivated and constantly seeking ways to improve.

**Additional Requirements**
- Previous working experience preferably within an advertising agency or in-house creative department.
- Direct response marketing experience is preferred.
- Available immediately.

**Commitment Required ⏰**
- Full time (40 hours per week).
- Online Hours: Must be available online Monday to Friday from **3pm to 6pm CET.**
