We are currently looking for a Licensing Specialist S&T to join us. The mision of the position are: Manage the licensing business of genetics and traits, both for out and in license. Coordinate and assist the network of licensees, directing business-related activities from product development aspects to commercial stages. Achieve an adequate relationship with the licensees providing a correct follow-up of the operation. Generate market information and provide support in the development of the value proposition for licensees. Lead the communication between the Licensees and the internal teams according to the needs of the business, such as activities related to Stewardship, Regulatory, Marketing, Legal, Finance, ect. Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate the out & in licensing business activities related with product development until commercial stage. In Example, Follow Development reports, Production reports, Royalties reports, Royalties invoice,, Basic seed supply, etc. Lead the agreements & licenses in place with Licensees at global level. Securing the compliance according to the terms. Monitoring of the agreements related to the activities of the area, ensuring the signing of all related documents and notifications in a timely manner. (IT, MTA’s, NDA, Amendments, Licenses for traits and germplasm). Supervision of the product supply process to licensees for the different business units based on the definitions of the licensing model. Provide guidance/training to licensees & Internal teams with respect to Technology Transfer and Licensing standards and processes. Coordinate BI activities with internal teams, for l Market Research, Value Prop Field Trials information, etc.

**Requisitos**:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in Industrial Engineer, Economics, Business, or other relevant field. Three years of experience in seedbeds or licensing businesses. (Not exclusive). Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (Exclusive) and Portuguese (Desirable). Fluent Level English (writting and speaking). Availability to travel internally or externally. We are looking for Semi Senior profile with at least three years in the company, with a strong commercial orientation. Capacity of analysis, planning and structing of work methodogy.
