**Responsibilities**:
**Who are you?**

The Partner Billing Coordinator is responsible for all partner invoicing, invoice approval/rejecting and partner/client billing issues. In the role of Partner Billing Coordinator, you will be the bridge between partners and our internal team.

**In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following**:

- Review and approve all product partner invoices, ensuring alignment with partner contracts
- Provide all eligibility reporting within contractually agreed upon cadence to all partners
- Partner closely with VP Finance team to ensure alignment with standard billing practices
- Maintain up-to-date billing system
- Monitor client account billing details
- Ensure contracts and billing systems collate with each other
- Investigate and solve internal and customer queries
- Work directly with partners/vendors for billing related questions
- Assists with audits when needed
- Establishes working relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Preserves a thorough knowledge of applicable company policies and procedures
- Miscellaneous special projects and duties as assigned
