El Representante de Servicio de Campo se dedicará a brindar asistencia técnica desde los sitios de clientes durante instalación, comisionamiento y puesta en servicio de equipos marca Solar Turbines. Además, brindará soporte durante mantenimientos programados y solución de problemas no programados, incluyendo en esto último, la atención de situaciones de emergencia que requerirán asistencia inmediata. El puesto demandará un enfoque para conocer e interactuar con una amplia exposición a los productos de Solar y la organización de Servicio al Cliente.
Esta posición requiere disponibilidad para viajar de manera significativa y de una interacción fluida con los representantes de los clientes desde sus sitios o instalaciones. Además, se necesita de un compromiso para trabajar de forma segura y con poca supervisión directa en el entorno de campo, esperando que se mantenga un alto grado de responsabilidad y profesionalismo.
Calificaciones mínimas:
- Mínimo de una técnicatura o ingeniería mecánica, eléctrica, aeroespacial o relacionada.
- Debe estar dispuesto y tener disponibilidad para viajar hasta 75% de su tiempo, en viajes nacionales y internacionales, on shore y offshore, trasladarse y trabajar horas extras.
- Experiência demostrable en aptitud mecánica.
- 3-5 años de experiência relevante en turbomaquinarias, sistemas eléctricos, mecánicos, neumáticos y experiência en la operación y mantenimiento de equipos rotantes.
Calificaciones preferidas:
- Capaz de trabajar en ambientes extremos o adversos. Alta integridad y un alto nível de confianza en sí mismo.
- Capacidad para manejar el estrés y trabajar en un entorno de alta presión.
- Comunicarse de manera profesional.
- Prácticas previas o experiência laboral relacionada con actividades orientadas al cliente de preferencia.
- Intermedio (lectura, escritura y conversación) en inglés.
