Our US-based clientele is constantly growing. Our team members in other countries work alongside our US based employees to make sure our agency runs smoothly.
**You will only be considered if**:
- You have at least 12 months experience working in a call center environment either virtually or in person
- Speak fluent English.
- Have excellent and clear telephone manners, with great customer service and negotiation skills.
- Must own a working computer and have reliable internet.
**DETAILS**:
Location: Remote
Basis: Part-time
Roster: Saturday and Sunday
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Reach out and respond to customers via text using our company phone line.
- Follow up with customers about required documents.
- Learn and master appropriate agency protocols to assist customers.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times and adhere to Agency policies and regulations.
- Maintain CRMs and other systems with up-to-date information.
**EXPERIENCE / SKILLS**
- Minimum 12 months in a call center serving US customers **A MUST**:
- Great telephone etiquette **A MUST**:
- Ability to work independently
- Attention to detail
- Experience in a call center environment
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: Around ARS 270000 per month
Expected hours: 20 per week
