**Role Overview**:
**About the role**
- Conceptualize and design visually engaging graphics for various social media platforms to support marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing and Product teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Create eye-catching visuals for online advertisements, ensuring alignment with the overall campaign messaging.
- Develop wireframes and prototypes to test and iterate on UI designs.
- Conduct user research to gather feedback and inform design decisions.
- Design brochures, presentations, one-pagers, and other sales assets that engage prospects and drive conversions.
- Optimize ad visuals for different platforms and formats.
- Design captivating banners and featured images for blog posts to enhance visual appeal and drive reader engagement.
- Create informative and visually appealing infographics that convey key messages and data points effectively.
- Produce concise and engaging animated videos to support marketing campaigns and product promotions.

**What qualifies you for this role?**
- 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Graphic/ Product Designer with a strong foundation in UI/UX design principles and methodologies.
- Extensive portfolio showcasing expertise in graphics, ad visuals, blog banners, sales collateral, reports, infographics, product UI, and user experience is required.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and branding.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team and translate complex concepts into visually appealing assets.
- Experience with animation software and video editing tools is a plus.
