The UX/UI Designer is responsible for creating and implementing designs that make human-computer interactions intuitive, accessible, adaptive, consistent, and relevant to the task performed. The designer must ensure that the design of a system satisfies the functionality required by the user and considers the emotions a functionality will invoke.

This is a remote position.

Primary Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for translating a product's optimal functionality requirements into interactive and visually creative solutions.The candidate will incorporate market research and psychology, design the human-computer interface for optimal effectiveness, include easily navigable content, and deliver high-quality visual/information designs for maximum, pixel-perfect aesthetic appeal.The UX/UI Designer will participate in the discovery, design, development, and deployment processes of the software delivery lifecycle – market and user research, creating journey maps, site maps, personas, wireframes, hi-fi interface designs, information architecture, validating assumptions using usability testing, and supporting front-end development.Experience working on B2B, B2B2C, and D2C platforms for the web, enterprise applications, software that leverage emergent technologies, consumer appliances, and mobile devicesExcellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills is a must as the role requires active collaboration with product owners, UX peers, developers, business stakeholders, and corporate brand marketingFacilitate design thinking workshops as needed to support the overall product UX roadmap and visionLeverages metrics, qualitative, and quantitative research to validate design decisions and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders and clientsParticipate in or lead client progress meetings by reporting results, making recommendations, and assisting clients in understanding strategies developed that aid in strategic decisionsYou're a great storyteller - verbally, visually, in writing, and behaviorally. You can generate and communicate your research, conceptual ideas, attractive designs, and design rationale; all within a structured user-centered design processYou are a natural problem solver with the ability to successfully juggle multiple demands, prioritize multiple concurrent UX/UI initiatives across multiple teams, deliver under tight timelines, and adapt to change Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), communications, or equivalent professional experience as an interactive/user experience designer3+ years of relevant UX/UI design experience, interaction design, information architecture, software/web design, or similar role.Demonstrable expertise in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as FigmaExperience designing for mobile native apps (iOS & Android)Comprehensive understanding of the current state of native apps technologies and best practicesWorking knowledge ADA accessibility standardsExperience in executing moderated and unmoderated user testing phases to encourage a data-driven design approach. Familiarity withAttention to detail and passion for best-in-class visual designsA strong portfolio demonstrating past work experience creating great user-centered design solutions that have moved the needle commercially or in terms of customer satisfaction.Basic knowledge of essential front-end technologies - HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like bootstrap and Google Material Design is a plus.Experience working in collaborative teams including developers to implement designsExperience designing responsive user experiences accessible on any device (e.g., desktop computers, tablets, mobile phones, etc.)Strong practical knowledge of user-centered design methodologies, usability principles, web-based information architecture, and designAbility to define patterns and advocate for consistency without repressing inspiration or inhibiting innovationAbility to work gracefully and have a bias for action in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environmentExperience with agile/scrumUX certifications are a huge plus (NNG, HFI, etc.) Preferred Experience: Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills including the ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organizationRelentless desire for innovation, balanced with business needs, and customer expectationsYou bring a strong work ethic, a relentless focus on the customer, demonstrated experience delivering the needs of the business, an unencumbered mind and experience designing simple and intuitive interfaces for complex applications across multiple sectors (e-commerce, retail, SaaS, B2B, B2C) and devices - desktop, tablet, mobile (web & apps)You are metrics and outcome-driven.Experience with A/B Testing and Impression Testing is a plusYou are a passionate, tireless advocate for the end-user, and you always put their needs firstYou have deep empathy for their everyday struggles and challenges, and you're unwavering in your desire to provide the best experience You're a commanding storyteller who distills complex problems and proposes simple, elegant solutions Si consideras que reunís los requisitos para el puesto y te gustan los desafíos, no lo dudes....
