**Tu próximos desafíos**:
El/la **Customer Retention Specialist**de**Global66,** tiene por objetivo retener clientes High y Ultra High a través de la gestión de sus problemas, consultas y solicitudes que canalizan a través de los canales de soporte habilitados para proporcionar la mejor experiência con cercanía, empatía y autonomía operacional. Por consiguiente, analiza la experiência al cliente en el uso de nuestros servicios y productos para generar retroalimentación en pro de mejorar la retención del cliente.

Dentro de sus desafíos están:

- Emplear la debida diligencia frente al cliente, reflejada en los siguientes puntos de actuación:

- Suministro de información adecuada y suficiente sobre los derechos, obligaciones y costos de los diferentes productos y servicios habilitados a través de los canales de contacto al cliente nível experto.
- Atención debida, respetuosa y dentro de los plazos establecidos a los clientes en la evolución de las relaciones que se convengan con estos y en general, en el desarrollo normal de las operaciones.
- Retener al cliente High y Ultra High a través de una experiência excepcional que fortalezca la percepción de confianza y valor de la marca.
- Brindar una experiência excepcional en cada interacción, fortaleciendo la percepción de confianza y valor de la marca.
- Colaborar con otros equipos internos para resolver problemas complejos y mejorar la experiência general del cliente.
- Alinearse al tono y voz de la compañía, ser la voz del cliente y obtener un amplio entendimiento de sus frustraciones para canalizar el feedback
- Alinear las estrategias de experiência del cliente con las iniciativas de marketing, brand y programas de referidos para informar beneficios, nuevas características y funcionalidades del producto/servicios con un sentido de retención.
- Manejo operacional de plataformas financieras para obtener la información y el contexto necesario para entender y satisfacer los requerimientos el cliente.
- Generar un ambiente que permita al cliente la libre elección de sus respectivas contrapartes en contratos para el suministro de productos y/o la prestación de servicios.
- Convertir clientes High a Ultra High.

**¿Qué buscamos?**:

- Licenciatura o estudios técnicos en Administración, Marketing, Relaciones Públicas o áreas relacionadas.
- 2-3 años en roles de retención, atención al cliente o fidelización, preferentemente en fintech o startups.
- Familiaridad con estrategias de fidelización y análisis de comportamiento del cliente.
