**About the Role**

We are looking for an individual who has strong operational and analytical skills, as well as strategic business sense. In this role, you will coordinate our operations and be a teammate in coming up with initiatives to drive growth and operational efficiencies. This is a key position that can make a big impact on business and change the way people move in our countries. We have a lot of exciting projects going on

This role calls for a combination of analytics and ability to operationalize processes in a fast paced environment.

**What You'll Do**
- Strategic Ownership: Help develop and implement strategy to achieve business priorities
- Business Sense: Monitor, understand, and interpret specific operational and financial metrics to improve execution
- Problem Solving: Understand risks and opportunities and generate practical recommendations that consider the business context and restrictions of issues
- Process Optimization: Implement core analyses and processes, ensuring they run efficiently
- Product Improvement: Understand opportunities for improvements or new features to enhance our marketplace, measure their impact, and help to implement them
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain productive working relationships with immediate team and cross-functional stakeholders

**What You'll Need**
- Education: We encourage people from all backgrounds to apply
- Years of Experience/Industries: At least one year of professional experience
- Data-Driven Mentality: Make strategic decisions based on data analysis and interpretation
- Communication: Spanish and English proficiency. Able to present ideas in a comprehensive, yet succinct manner
- Teamwork: Demonstrate optimism, respect others, and work well in a team. Ability to work with people from a diverse set of backgrounds and responsibilities
- Executional Excellence: Ability to adapt to a constantly changing and ambiguous work environment
- Planning & Organization: Understand project objectives and build short-term plans and timelines for executing against them
- Analytics: SQL
