Ecolab, the leading global developer of premium cleaning, sanitizing and maintenance products and services for the hospitality, institutional and industrial markets, has the following position available. The **Associate Logistics Analyst**is responsible for providing support services to the North American Logistics group in Supply Chain.

**What You Will Do**:

- Manage and support daily expedite requests for an assigned geographic region, scheduling shipments, carrier sourcing/utilization and optimization functions
- Utilize TMS-Transportation Management Software to rate, schedule, and route shipments
- Monitor expedite shipments and requests to identify actions required to improve or optimize related processes
- Maintain effective track and trace process with in-transit shipments
- Effectively communicate and resolve delay scenarios with internal and external customers
- Maintain timing and accuracy of daily expedite order cutoffs and ensure it is executed consistently with warehouse workflow timing needs met
- Effective cost management per contractual and/or budgetary guidelines
- Work as a part of a team effectively, which includes but is not limited to effective communication and provide coverage in the absence of teammates
- Additional duties as assigned

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- High school diploma, or equivalent
- 2+ years of professional work experience, preferably within logistics and/or transportation operations environments
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Access, or the ability to be trained

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- BA/BS in Logistics, Transportation or Supply Chain Management
- Work experience in transportation related position and/or in a logistics environment
- 2+ years of experience in transportation related position
- Ability to adapt to constant change and multi task
- Ability to handle a broad range of responsibilities and to establish priorities
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
