**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience automating infrastructure provisioning, DevOps, continuous integration, or delivery.
- Experience coding in one or more general purpose languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, C or C++) including data structures, algorithms, and software design.
- Experience designing cloud enterprise solutions and supporting customer projects to completion.- Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently, to interact with local stakeholders.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) techniques such as prompt engineering, dual encoders, and embedding vectors.
- Knowledge of containerization and container orchestration technologies such as Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
- Familiarity with standard IT security practices such as identity and access management, data protection, encryption, certificate and key management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide domain expertise in cloud platforms and infrastructure. Solve complex cloud platform challenges.
- Be a technical advisor and perform troubleshooting to resolve technical challenges for customers.
- Create and deliver best practice recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, and sample code.
- Travel up to 30% for in-region for meetings, technical reviews, and onsite delivery activities.
