**About the Team**:
The Engineering and Technology team is at the core of the development of the Shopee platform. The team is made up of a group of passionate engineers from all over the world, who strive to build the best systems with the most suitable technologies. We don't limit ourselves to what we can or can't do; we take matters into our own hands, even if that means digging deep to the bottom layer of the computing platform. - Manage and lead the Argentinian corporate IT team to provide excellent IT services to the company staff and businesses.
- Manage the overall corporate IT operations in Argentina’ offices and other IT sites.
- Manage and lead the IT technical team to deliver stable and robust IT solutions, from design, implementation, to the day to day operations.
- Manage and supervise the IT helpdesk team to provide excellent support for the company staffs’ IT requests.
- Manage the IT procurement team, budgeting and cost control.
- Manage the IT assets & inventories.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences or Information Technology from a reputable university.
- 10+ years of experience in corporate IT operations.
- Strong communication and people management skills.
- Strong network knowledge and hands-on experience in Palo Alto, Cisco, and other network appliances.
- Rich experience in providing and operating enterprise services such as Active Directory, VPN, Wireless network, NAS, etc. Familiar with setup and configuration of Cisco devices such as firewall, switch, IP phones, wireless controller and access points Hands-on experience in Windows server administration and basic knowledge in Linux server administration.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; ability to quickly identify problems and implement solutions with mínimal downtime.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English to work with local and overseas teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
