**Main responsibilities**:

- Support in marketing operation and activities within the Americas Center of Excellence (COE) for Consumer and Data Platform business units
- Follow up and control of COE marketing budget and linearity control per team member
- Manage COE communication networks
- Team Support in reporting PO (Purchase Orders) and proof of execution process
- Create POs and follow up on executions proofs to upload in the system.
- Agencies and vendors follow up
- Review process of Spanish speaking materials coming from headquarters.

**Qualifications**:

- Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research._

You must possess the below **minimum qualifications** to be initially considered for this position:

- Pursuing bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, Communications or similar.
- Advanced English level
- Intermediate MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Working experience In Marketing roles

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
