Mobbex se encuentra en buscqueda de un profesional apasionado, CX (Customer Experience) orientado a resultados para unirse a su equipo. Como Especialista en CX, desempeñarás un papel crucial en asegurar que cada cliente tenga una experiência excepcional al interactuar con la empresa. Serás responsable de identificar áreas de mejora y ejecutar estrategias para elevar la satisfacción y fidelidad del cliente.

**Responsabilidades**:
**Investigación y análisis del cliente**: Recopilar, analizar y presentar datos sobre la satisfacción del cliente y las tendencias de comportamiento.
**Identificación de puntos de contacto**: Mapear el recorrido del cliente e identificar todos los puntos de contacto con la empresa.
**Mejora continua**: Proponer y ejecutar mejoras en los procesos y puntos de contacto basadas en el feedback y los datos del cliente.
**Interacción con otros departamentos**: Colaborar estrechamente con otros departamentos (como ventas, marketing, soporte) para asegurar una experiência coherente y positiva en todo el recorrido del cliente.
**Formación**: Entrenar al personal sobre mejores prácticas de interacción con el cliente y sobre la importancia de la experiência del cliente.
**Gestión de feedback**: Establecer y mantener sistemas para recoger, analizar y actuar según el feedback de los clientes.
**Resolución de problemas**: Actuar rápidamente ante cualquier problema o queja de los clientes, buscando soluciones adecuadas.
**Medición y reporte**: Establecer métricas clave de rendimiento (KPIs) para medir la experiência del cliente y presentar informes periódicos sobre el rendimiento y las mejoras.

**Requisitos**: Experiência previa en roles relacionados con la experiência del cliente o servicio al
cliente. Habilidades análisis y estrategía. Capacidad para interpretar datos y tendencias. Excelentes habilidades comunicacionales. Capacidad para trabajar de forma colaborativa y construir relaciones interdepartamentales. Conocimiento de herramientas y tecnologías relacionadas con CX.
