**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned**:
- Administrative support to the sales area.
- Works directly with billing, collections and customer service.
- Coordination with the logistics area for product shipments.
- Serves as a link between the billing and collections area with external clients (patients and health systems).
- Quote orders to health systems and prepare documentation for billing processes.
**Required Knowledge and Experience**:
- Bachelor degree: Engineering.
- 1 year of experience giving administrative support.
