**We are searching the best talent for Precision Medicine Liaison to be in Buenos Aires.**

**Purpose**:
Precision Medicine Liaison is a field-based diagnostic expert who strategically shape the precision medicine market. In charge of scientific education and value proposition to HCPs. It is expected to provide scientific and technical support on DSP (Diagnostic Support Program) and improve patient journey in terms of experience. Handle and resolve evidence-based objections and provide knowledge and key insights from the field.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Understand the patient journey of precision medicine target in-line products, from diagnosis, treatment and access-identify opportunities aligned with the Precision Medicine Manager.
- PML is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing peer-to-peer relationships with a variety of healthcare providers.
- Engage in meaningful peer-to-peer scientific exchange of diagnostic information with the oncology community.
- Advise to HCPs and key external stakeholders according to our local policies implementing an omnichannel strategy to deliver value and innovative solutions of diagnosis.
- Accurately field coverage and strategic plan implementation related to patient diagnosis and referral for treatment.
- Collaborate with cross functional partners on internal projects aligned to Precision Medicine Manager
- Gather the required market insights and information to contribute to the forecasting exercise for Precision Medicine Oncology.
- Oversee the development and execution of the tactical plan in collaboration with CVT.
- Monitoring and controlling DSP performance by tracking critical metrics.
- Be a role model working always according to our HCC policies.
- Maintains the highest standards of ethics, quality, compliance and accountability; acts in accordance with the J&J Credo.

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**
- 2-3 years of experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry. Specialty products is preferred (Oncology or Rare Diseases experience).
- Education: Life science degree is required.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

- Ability to work within highly matrixed environments and cross-functional and multicultural teams.
