**Medical Science Liaison - MSL Oncology**:
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will interact with healthcare decision makers to communicate and advance the scientific platform as aligned with Amgen’s corporate goals and objectives.
- Be a field-based medical expert supporting the cross-functional medical educational activities aligned with internal and external partners.
- Provide accurate, clear and value related information communicating complex groundbreaking science and product information to multiple levels of partners within the medical community.
- Establish and maintain an in-depth scientific and clinical understanding of oncology.
- Identify, develop, and maintain collaborative relationships with current and future thought leaders, speakers and investigators.
- Communicate complex, cutting edge, and scientific information and research concepts to healthcare professionals.
- Share findings including ambitious and innovative ideas with others and hold themselves self-accountable for performance.
- Provide field observations to internal medical partners.
- Support reimbursement efforts by presenting clarity around clinical and scientific information supporting therapeutic decisions in patient.
- Identify / recommend sites for Amgen clinical trials in conjunction with and when required by Development Operations.
- Represent Amgen by supporting advisory boards, congresses and professional association meetings as directed.

**What we expect of you**:

**Basic** **qualifications**:

- M.D., Ph.D., or D.O. (Other Doctoral Degrees considered) in life science.
- 2+ years of MSL experience.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Clinical experience in the oncology therapeutic space.
- 2+ years proven experience in Scientific/Medical Affairs at a biotech or pharmaceutical company.
