**The Position**
You will supervise the feasibility and site selection process for all trials in the country, ensure that selected sites have the adequate resources, qualifications, and setup to perform the study. Create and maintain relationship with key opinion leaders in current and new therapeutic areas.
Ensure timely start of assigned studies in accordance with scientific, quality, and regulatory requirements, using robust planning, management and coordination of project activities.

**Main responsibilities**
- Conduct data-driven country and site feasibility for studies, including inputs to protocol design (if relevant)
- Identify potential site list based on historical experience and inputs from clinical operations team
- Use all competitive intelligence data to assess and propose recruitment rates and number of sites
- Start Up Management: Ensure all trial related green light documents are reviewed and customized as relevant; Keep CDC TM updated of the progress from Site selections to site greenlight; liaise with the regulatory colleagues and country operations colleagues to agree on start-up strategy; proactively identifies any risks in start-up plans to relevant stakeholders, develops and implements mitigation strategies as required

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years-experience on clinical research, feasibility experience will be a plus.
- Clinical trial site role/clinical research associate experience highly beneficial.
- Experience in operational aspects of planning and conducting global clinical trials
- Experience from working in a project oriented and cross-organisation representing trial management views
- English and Spanish proficient (written & spoken)
