Global Strategic Sourcing Specialist

Estamos buscando cubrir el rol de Sourcing Specialist para formar parte de nuestro equipo de Compras que da soporte a la región de Latin America South para liderar licitaciones y negociaciones de diferentes categorías, asegurando la eficiencia y agregando valor a nuestros usuarios de manera continua.

La modalidad es presencial con un día a la semana de trabajo remoto.

**Principales Responsabilidades**:

- Liderar solicitudes de compras y negociaciones estratégicas de diversas áreas y categorías, asegurando negociaciones eficientes y que cumplan con los requisitos y especificaciones.
- Gestionar los pedidos End to End, desde identificación de la necesidad hasta la firma del contrato y colocación de la Orden de Compra.
- Generar y ejecutar estrategias por categoría y un programa de relacionamiento con los Proveedores.
- Trabajar colaborativamente con los Compradores de otras regiones y categorías para alinear estrategia de supply, costos, objetivos, prioridades y riesgos y colaborar con proyectos regionales/globales.
- Desarrollar relaciones con los Clientes clave para comprender sus necesidades de contrataciones e implementar un plan para maximizar los ahorros.
- Utilizar la inteligencia de mercado para evaluar, negociar y gestionar las fluctuaciones de precios.
- Evalúar los contratos existentes para identificar oportunidades de ahorro, estrategias de mitigación de riesgos y otras mejoras de términos comerciales.
- Manejar indicadores y KPI´s de gestión como herramientas para dar visibilidad a la organización y gestionar sus tareas.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los procesos internos.
- Facilitar revisiones comerciales con los Proveedores clave.
- Generar reportes según requerimientos.
- Trabajar con Legales para garantizar el cumplimiento de todos los requisitos, políticas y procedimientos reglamentarios que apliquen, tanto internos como externos.

**Requisitos**:

- Sólidas habilidades y experiência en licitaciones de bienes y servicios y negociación de contratos.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo.
- Buen manejo del Inglés.
- Manejo de herramientas Office.
- Experiência en el uso de SAP y Ariba son un plus.
- Experiência en interacción con Líderes.
- Experiência en la negociación de Servicios Profesionales de IT es un plus.
