**Position Overview**:
We're looking for a **Media Buyer** who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment and can hit the ground running. This role is perfect for someone who is adaptable, eager to take on new challenges, and has a strong background in paid social media advertising. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on Meta ads (Facebook and Instagram). In addition to media buying, you will assist with onboarding new clients, adapting to their needs, and ensuring smooth transitions into our ecosystem.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**: Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns, with a primary focus on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
- **Client Onboarding Support**: Collaborate with our sales and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients, understanding their goals, and creating tailored media strategies.
- **Data-Driven Decision Making**: Analyze campaign performance, create detailed reports, and use data insights to optimize ad spend and improve ROI.
- **Adaptability & Flexibility**: Quickly adapt to changes in client goals, budget shifts, and new industry trends to ensure campaign success.
- **Creative Collaboration**: Work with the creative team to develop compelling ad content that resonates with our target audiences.
- **Testing & Optimization**: Continuously test new ad creatives, audience segments, and strategies to optimize performance.
- **Budget Management**: Efficiently allocate and manage budgets to maximize results while maintaining cost-efficiency.
- **Performance Reporting**: Provide clear, concise, and actionable performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders on a regular basis.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in media buying, specifically on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). Experience in a startup or agency environment is highly preferred.
- **Client-Focused**: Proven ability to handle client communication and adapt to their evolving needs, especially during the onboarding process.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Experience with CRM tools, reporting dashboards, and analytics platforms.
- **Results-Oriented**: A track record of managing budgets and delivering strong ROI.
- **Analytical Mindset**: Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and pivot strategies quickly based on changing priorities.
- **Communication**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
