- Data Queries & Segmentation:
- Generating complex queries to segment audiences for targeted marketing initiatives, A/B testing, and comprehensive reporting.
- Automating query activities to streamline data processing workflows.
- Journey Builder:
- Participation in Team Meetings:
- Actively engaging in team meetings, including sprint planning sessions, to align marketing initiatives with broader organizational objectives.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Time Management and Deadline Adherence: Proven capability to effectively manage individual workload, establish clear expectations with stakeholders, and consistently deliver results within specified timelines.
**Nice to Have**
- Einstein for Marketing Cloud: Familiarity with Einstein features within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, such as predictive analytics and AI-driven personalization, is advantageous.
- Workflow Enhancement: Proven ability to identify and implement workflow efficiencies within Marketing Cloud and related platforms.
- API Integration: Experience with SOAP and REST APIs, along with proficiency in tools like Postman, is beneficial for seamless data exchange.
- Hospitality Industry Experience: Previous exposure to the hospitality industry provides insights for tailoring marketing initiatives to specific sector needs.
