**Description**

**In this role you will**:

- Design and implement creative social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Create engaging and compelling social media content.
- Contribute to the strategy, vision, and voice of the channels.
- Develop and execute a strategic & communicative framework.
- Identify and observe market trends and opportunities for brand related activities.
- Present ideas comprehensively to clients and colleagues, confidently explaining and supporting your thinking.
- Amend and redevelop content in response to feedback.
- Understand performance metrics, and use them to inform future creative content development.
- Work alongside and support the Community Management team to react and respond to social conversations appropriately.
- Understand social platforms and trends in real time to trigger new ideas and proposals for campaigns.
- Work collaboratively with creative teams, data teams and other teams to create plans and structure proposals based on insights and learning.
- Collaborate and share ideas, inspiration, and best practices with the social media team and Creative team.
- Be a self-starter, able to manage your own time and workload to meet client deadlines.

**Experience you already have**:

- **2-4 year experience as a Copywriter for Editorial o Social Media. **Experience with entertainment/music accounts us a huge plus.**:

- Knowledge of the Chilean market is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and writing communication skills.
- Must be aware of pop culture, new series, movies, and social media conversations.
- Social Media Savvy (must have and use social networks daily).
- Be up to date with innovative audiovisual content formats.
- Competency in collaboration, empathy, responsibility, ownership, commitment, flexibility, initiative.
- Highly focused on detail.
- **Upper intermediate english communication skills, both written and spoken.**
