**Your role at Clorox**:
Responsible for the sourcing of minor materials and management of Direct categories execution. Support a local and Regional strategy. Optimize Regional communication between category peers. Responsible for Supplier Relationship Management, including supplier performance and ensuring supply. Supports Innovation/Renovation and drives continues improvement with the goal of optimizing the supply chain efficiency. Actively work close with suppliers, stakeholders and internal customers. Play an active role internally and externally and bring opportunities to the business.

**Strategy and Execution**:
Responsible for the sourcing of minor materials, negotiation and suppy assurance within the local or regional countries.

Understand category sourcing market opportunities.

Play an active role internally and externally and bring new initiative to innovate the category.

Identify saving opportunities and process efficiency

Lead category execution for local or regional initiatives.

**Business Results and Targets**:Executes, tracks and follows-up on horizontal process as CCEM projects, contract compliance, working capital, MMV, and RECO development to ensure business object are met. Actively support/ lead local o regional project innitiative.

**Operational Business Execution **:Support category manager in maintaining update pricing information in SAP, and other operational tasks for the category.

**Communication and Networking**:Develop and maintains effective communication across countries to guarantee category execution. Maintain productive relations with local and external stakeholders. Maintain continuous contact with key vendors of designated sub-category, establishing productive and effective relations with them.

15%

This role will be an Individual contributor, also responsible of supporting Category Managers in all category strategies and tactical activities related to designated category. This contributor will not have any direct reports.

**What we look for**:
Years and Type of Experience:
At least 1 year in Sourcing/Purchasing with experience in material negotiation and supplier relation.

Skills and Abilities
- Experience with indirect or direct materials.
- Developed Procurement Tools and Negotiation skills.

Price negotiation, familiar with related categories and markets.
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Decision Making Skills
- Problem-Solving Skills
- Customer Service Oriented
- PC Literate; Excel (Int.), Outlook, Word (Basic), Power Point (Basic), SAP
- Spanish//English proficiency (intermediate/advanced level proficiency).
