We are looking for a Marketing Responsible to contribute to our business growth and expansion while being part of our innovative, collaborative and critical thinking culture.
You will have the opportunity to lead the Marketing initiative of a company with more than 11 years of experience providing cutting-edge software solutions in the fields of robotics and extended reality, with a customer base built upon an outstanding experience and quality of service.
You will work directly with the company leadership to define and execute marketing efforts linked to leads generation, talent attraction and brand awareness.
In this Marketing Responsible role, you'll progressively take on a range of responsibilities:
- Build, grow and sustain the marketing strategy.
- Manage and report on the marketing budget.
- Ensure Ekumen’s brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and conversion skills. Provide data-driven insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Monitor and measure marketing activities effectiveness, providing management overview of ROI.
- Stay updated on marketing trends, technology advancements, and industry changes. Adapt your strategy as needed to stay competitive.
- Prioritize continuous improvement by monitoring industry trends, adjusting marketing strategies. Engage with customers for feedback.
Since we are a dynamic, growing company, we are especially interested in entrepreneurial profiles who have the ability to make decisions under ambiguous requirements, the flexibility to adapt to changing needs and context, the creativity to think outside the box, and a keen desire to grow.
You should be willing to deal with a wide variety of operative tasks and organizational work, taking ownership and leading various initiatives in coordination with the existing teams and leveraging available resources.
**About you**:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge and professional past track on Digital Marketing, brand, demand and customer engagement.
- Demonstrable ability to generate and work with data, and working on a data-base decision-making environment.
- Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation skills in English and Spanish.
- Proactive attitude and love for problem solving, getting hands-on and experimenting.
