**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Development leader with 3 to 5 years of experience in the position. With experience in agile methodologies and DevSecOps
- Allow the team to design solutions with a sustainable architecture in mind, collaborating to build a clear and shared understanding/vision of it within the team.
- Actively support team wellness by creating an environment of trust, openness, and safe experimentation.
- Train and guide the team in the correct understanding of technical practices, making the team identify how to get the most out of them within the context of the project.
- Actively participate in coordination efforts with other engagement TL to build a cohesive execution strategy and collaborate as much as possible.
- Comply with development processes, corporate processes and standard practices defined by the Architecture team.
- Status report.
- Train the team effectively. Provide guidance and technical support to the team.
- Take care of the logistics of the team in terms of anticipating the needs of the development environment
- Involve whoever is needed to make them available to the team at the right time. Prepare for and attend project audits, holding discussions and reaching agreements with a constructive and values-based mindset.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Angular Version 7 (Exclusive), Microfront, typescript, javascript, html, css (sass, bem)
- Front End Frameworks (react, vueJs, bootstrap)
- Development of services. microservices, Java (Exclusive), pl/sql (Exclusive), json, swagger
- Knowledge in REST Services
- Design and coding of complete software modules.
- Conducting code reviews

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
English level is a plus
