At AES we are looking for a Global Culture Specialist

Role description

The Global Culture Specialist is responsible for collaborate to facilitate developing change management and organizational improvement including programs, tools, solutions to increase individual and organization capability and effectiveness. It will help build culture and climate capacity within assigned country teams through partnering with HR leaders and the OD Team

**Responsibilities**:
- Support in the development and implementation of global Culture and climate policies that support organizational strategy and objectives through clear performance and process standards.- Work on the Culture & Climate Diagnose, Surveys & Analytics- Support on the Global Culture Audit - GPTW- Help monitoring Employer Branding and Employee Morale- Support employee engagement programs.- Develop and implement a Belonging Strategy and Employee recognition program- Support Cultural Mindset Shift- Support the creation and promotion of the culture and climate journey of AES- Assess and advance employee engagement and satisfaction.- Oversee employee events and appreciation activities such as retreats, social events, and group activities, tracking anniversaries, birthdays, and other milestones- Assist with planning and executing employee engagement related initiatives including but not limited to events, onboarding, surveys, general communication, training, career development, employee recognition, diversity and inclusion to support our high-performance culture, mission and business objectives.- Support teams with creative and tactical ways to engage while working remotely- Support and execute on our company values and employer branding initiatives- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues- Assess and support employee learning and development planning

Preferred profiles and skills:
- Normally the scope of activities is global. Multinational, matrixed experience.- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.- Requires between 3 to 5 years of experience in HR or in related areas.- Strong and proven knowledge of HR processes and procedures- Broad understanding of soft HR functions such as Benefits, Wellbeing, Culture and Climate and Learning and Talent.
