**About the Role**
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Analyst to join our Operations and Billing department in Argentina. Take a key role in driving success performing daily/weekly/monthly production work as it relates to the different services provided by Hansen. Seize this unique opportunity to be part of our collaborative Operations and Billing team. We are welcoming an accomplished Operations Analyst to elevate our capabilities and drive innovation in our mission to provide timely and accurate information to our current and incoming clients in the USA.
**About You**
- You are a highly enthusiastic individual with proven experience working as an operations analyst with ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in English.
- You have proactive and, self-starter attitude, and is a fast learner, capable of operation with mínimal day-to-day direction.
- You are an inquisitive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, constantly seeking new challenges and opportunities for innovation.
- You have strong analytical and decision-making skills, and willingness to assume personal responsibility to achieve team goals, while providing high-quality service to internal and external customers
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide timely and accurate billing processes, including daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
- Develop and execute database queries and analyses to support billing activities.
- Communicate with clients to fulfill service requests and perform data maintenance. Monitor and address exceptions, inbound/outbound EDI reports, and report trends/issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, seek process improvements, and assist with remittance tasks as required.
- Support the diagnosis, analysis, and resolution of business problems while continuously searches for process improvements and areas for streamlining.
- **Work hours are Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm (EST)**
