**Overview**: Buenos Aires Downstream Service Center, provides back office and customer service support to the North America (US and Canada) and Latin America Retail, Aviation, Commercial & Industrial, Lubricants and Chemicals businesses.

**Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to**:

- Lead experience cloud portal configuration including building new pages, helping marketing/customer service manage content, adding more self-service functionality
- Understand business requirements and processes and translate into strategy and solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, program manager and product owners to build out experience cloud offerings
- Identify unused or underutilized platform features to inform future enhancements
- Proactive portal maintenance
- Collaboration with developers for deep technical enhancements
- Work in an agile construct including but not limited to sprint planning, feature breakdown, user story estimation etc.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 3+ years experience in product knowledge of Salesforce experience cloud, community specialist or administrator
- Experience working in a global operation organization

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant Certification
