**Job Summary**

The Legal Administrator is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual responsible for providing administrative support to the Legal department.

**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and manage the legal department's calendar, including scheduling and tracking important dates, deadlines, meetings, and appointments. Ensure that all relevant parties are informed in advance and follow up to confirm attendance and readiness.- Manage Adobe Sign as our main legal software management by coordinating the preparation, execution, and storage of electronically signed documents, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.- Maintain and organize legal documents and files, ensuring they are properly filed and accessible.- Support the legal team in managing contracts and agreements throughout their lifecycle. This includes coordinating contract execution, tracking contract milestones, maintaining a contract folder, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.- Conduct legal research using various resources to gather relevant information for legal projects, memos, or other assignments. Summarize findings and provide accurate and concise reports to the legal team.- Maintain professionalism and attention to detail in written and verbal communication with internal stakeholders, external parties, and other departments.- Uphold strict confidentiality of sensitive legal matters. Ensure the security and integrity of legal documents, communications, and information.- Assist with special projects as assigned

**Job**
**Qualifications**- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field is required. A background in legal studies or related disciplines is advantageous but not mandatory.- Experience: three to six months of prior experience as a legal assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar support role is preferred.- Language: English (Native or B2)

**Technical skills**- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and proofreading skills to ensure the quality and precision of legal documents and correspondence**.**- Proficiency in using office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)- Proficiency in legal research tools, document management systems, and electronic signature software (e.g. Adobe Sign).- Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure. Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

**Location**: Artilleros 2436, Nuñez, Buenos Aires, AR

This is not a remote position. This position will be required to be at our local office at least 3 days a week, and willing to increase the number of days if required.
