Main responsibilities:

- Elicit Requirements thru active communication from key stakeholders;
- Requirement Management (document, track, prioritize);
- Efficient communication via all available channels;
- Close relation with the Team Members to validate the delivery of the requirements;
- Contribute towards the production of test plans, detailed project plans, and estimate;
- Active and correct following of the SCRUM events;
- Architecture high-level overview and support development team in the delivery;

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Understand all standard tools and methodologies concerning Business Analysis including processes, artifacts, and tools
- Experience in business analysis or product management of complex middleware/ backend software solutions,
- End-to-end knowledge of SDLC concerning large systems
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of requirements management practices, techniques, and software tools
- The analyst will be a complementary team member of a strong technical team delivering solutions rapidly to the client.
- Assist senior team members and clients to monitor the project and make decisions.
- Ability to interact with and influence senior management and client
- Team-oriented attitude and the ability to work well with others in order to achieve a common goal.
- Open to working in an agile environment as part of a scrum team.
- Having a proactive attitude towards solving problems.
- Excellent client-facing skills.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Interest in career development and willingness to learn.
- Available to travel at client premises according to project needs and client expectation
